The first Deux Ex with the Revision Mod and fully cranked up graphics options also seems to look rather pleasant but requires quite a lot of hardware power to run smoothly, controls might still be clunky but it is what started that series. Otherwise you could try Deus Ex Human Revolution, which was a pretty decent to good game and has a relatively good story, just be ready to have a lot of questions left open since it's like one puzzle piece of a bigger story. Witcher 2 will still look pretty good I guess, though Witcher 1 might be kind of a struggle to get into since it is so old and was build on an sub optimal engine and all. The other two aren't a must but they are still very worthwhile. The Witcher trilogy would be an obvious choice you haven't mentioned playing and at the very least Witcher 3 will make good use of your hardware, plus it's really an incredible game.

Since it's graphis + story and you've already played a bunch of the obvious choices I can't think of that many more.

Kingdom Hearts (emulate this masterpiece).Final Fantasy (I think 1-14 are on pc now).Deus Ex Series (Particuraly The Prequel,Human Revolution, Mankind Divided had a weak story).GOTHIC Trilogy (3 Is a buggy mess, community patch available).Life is Strange (weak ass ending but overall great).DANGANRONPA Series (Trigger Happy Havoc- Goodbye Despair).
